Nicki Hufford Photography is a modern portrait studio specializing in high school seniors. The studio is located in Cortland, Ohio on 4 acres with a pond, fields, and woods for us to explore! NHP also travels to more urban settings in Warren and Youngstown to ensure you get exactly the images you want.

NHP photographs a select number of seniors each year in order to give each person an exclusive experience that is specifically tailored to their style, their interests and their outfits. We combine exclusive backgrounds, props, cutting edge lighting and posing techniques with state of the art professional equipment to capture the most detail possible while making you LOOK and FEEL your best! Never a boring session... We are always trying something new to make your senior portrait experience fun and exciting! THE PROCESS

STEP 1 - BOOK YOUR SESSION: Once you book your session you will receive the welcome packet and client hub as well as a questionaire which helps us get to know you even before we meet! We will review it and and begin to plan an amazing experience for you. We are always just an email away to answer questions and help finalize any plans you envision!
STEP 2 - THE SESSION: All of the session planning comes together to create a fun, energetic, and unique portrait session. Everything is completely customized for you! Be ready to experience a photo session unlike anything you’ve experienced before!
STEP 3 - YOUR ORDERING SESSION: You get to see and order your photos! We will work with you one on one to select, design, and customize your portrait art!

Save yourself time! Utilize our artistic eye and professional expertise as you view your portraits on a 75 inch screen. The vast majority of our clients have found that it was much easier to make the right decisions for their home when viewing their images with our software, rather than spending countless hours trying to decide on their own!

Get your portraits faster! Our goal is to create and deliver amazing portraits in the least amount of time possible. When circumstances make finalizing the order at the view and order session impossible, we have found that the ordering process gets delayed by weeks and even months because of the busy life that most people lead.

Keep it simple! We have found that trying to effectively communicate requests and order changes over the phone or email can be difficult and even confusing. Avoid any mis-communication frustrations by finalizing your order in person at your ordering session.
STEP 4 - IMAGE DELIVERY: It’s the best part! Your portrait art is thoroughly inspected to make sure it is perfect! It’s then packaged up and ready for you to enjoy!

THE NHP SENIOR EXPERIENCE

This is the NHP senior experience that we are known nationwide for! If you want a completely customized session at your choice of location then look no further.

$200 BOOKING FEE - 2 OUTFITS | 1 LOCATION | IN PERSON ORDERING SESSION

This non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session with NHP. Sessions include our time to shoot the session and require an in-person ordering meeting. Prints, Products, and Digital Files are not included.

How can I schedule my session with you?: We only photograph a select number of seniors each year, so it is very important to book early! To reserve one of our limited session dates, full payment of your booking fee is required. You can pick your date and pay your booking fee using the BOOK NOW button under the session info.
When should I schedule my senior session?: We recommend getting on our calendar by January of your Junior year to ensure a spot.
What days do you do senior sessions?: For our Senior Experience sessions, we schedule our sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All of our sessions begin at 9:00am. We LOVE the morning light and only take one senior a day so this gives us tons of time to shoot and get the exact images you want. Ordering sessions are scheduled for Mondays, in the studio at 9:00am, 1:00pm and 5:00pm or can be done right after your session.

For our Senior Essentials sessions, We schedule these once a month during back to back sessions. Times and dates will vary.
What type of payments do you accept?: We accept credit/debit card and cash payements. We do not have a minimum order requirement. Full order payment is required at the time of your ordering session in order to recieve images and products quickly. We do offer a payment plan, but no images will be released or worked on until we are provided with the full order payment. Most clients invest between $1500 and $4500.
I have a special location in mind. Can we shoot there?: Absolutely!! Some locations require pre-planning, so make sure to mention that to us when you book and we will do our best to make it happen! Some locations may require a travel fee or a specific session type to shoot there. If you have something epic in mind please contact us prior to booking so we can guide you as to which option would be best.

Essential senior sessions will take place at our studio and surrounding property.
What about photos with my dog or all those other things?: Yes, yes, and yes. This is your session! If those thing are important to you, then they are important to us! We will work together to include them in your session. Please be sure to mention them prior to your session so we can plan accordingly.
